Watch the video, then read Hebrews chapter 11:32-12:2 in the Bible.
Maybe find someone to read it with. After you have read it:
Summarise what it says in your own words to each other or in a journal.
What do you feel God is saying for you to do as a result of what you have just read? Write or talk this through with the other person, starting with the statement: “As a result of what I have just read, I will….”
When you start session 1, review your “I will” statement. How did you get on with it?
